Welcome to TIMELESS ESTATE SERVICE
"You're in good hands........

Specializing in friendly, professional estate liquidation in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex.

What you can expect from Timeless Estate Services

You can expect Timeless Estate Services to treat your possessions with respect and care, just as we would our own. When we first arrive to prepare for your sale, we will configure the best arrangement for the home's furniture to allow for a check out area. After that, we address each and every closet, cabinet and drawer! Everything is sorted, trash is weeded out or recycled when possible, and each item is washed and attractively displayed on tablecloth draped tables and/or permanent surfaces in the house. We even bring in additional lighting as necessary. Special items are researched in our extensive library of reference books and/or on the internet. We believe in processing every item that has even a chance to sell, leaving no corner untouched. This takes a bit of extra work on our part, but certainly maximizes profits.

Any photos, papers, etc. that we run across are saved for the family to go through.

Digital photos are taken as preparation progresses and posted on the internet where interested buyers can "preview" the goodies, peaking interest and anticipation from the very start! When sale dates are finalized we will post the sale on our website adding any additional photos. The sale will also be advertised in local newspapers for maximum exposure. When the sale is ready to open, we can expect to have 50 to 100 people in line, as our customer following is loyal and strong. As the sale progresses, we constantly rotate merchandise to showcase special items and maintain a nice appearance. Your sale will most likely run for two or three days, depending upon the contents. Prices are always firm the first day of the sale, and an appropriate discount schedule is in place for the duration to be decided after consultation with you. After the sale is over we can help find a charity to take the leftovers, and obtain a donation receipt for you. Could it be any easier?
